FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE MANUFACTURER
Ti Squared Technologies is a registered FFL Manufacturer offering best-in-class titanium firearm components that boast impressive strength, weight and corrosion resistance in extreme work environments and severe duty applications.
A commitment to continued improvement and a lean manufacturing process helps us offer the best quality product for the lowest price. We will review your product's specifications to find the most effective manufacturing process. As part of these efforts, we will work with you on logistics, packaging and shipping to best fit your processes.
With a specialization in testing titanium for new applications, we excel in problem solving and working with alloys and metals that can be difficult to shape and form. Once a client submits their solid geometrical plan, we will help in the casting design for optimal properties while keeping maximum cost savings in mind. Clients should expect a design review to be delivered within a few days in most cases. Ti Squared Technologies also brings titanium alloys and other reactive metals to commercial and industrial markets at prices competitive to stainless steel. Though its reach is global, we stay true to our roots and continues to manufacture and market quality titanium products from within the United States.
Ti Squared Technologies investment casting process echoes the significance of these values to deliver quality and innovative firearms. We offer comprehensive castings services from rapid prototyping to full production runs. Ti Squared Technologies is a licensed FFL Type 7 Manufacturer and ISO 9001 certified.
Ti Squared Technologies is also ITAR registered, providing manufacturing services in compliance with U.S. Military requirements. All manufacturers, exporters, and brokers of defense articles, related technical data, and defense services - as defined on the United States Munitions List - are required to register with the Directorate of Defense Trace Controls (DDTC). Registration is primarily a means to provide the U.S. Government with necessary information on who is involved in certain manufacturing, exporting and broker activities. Registration does not confer any export rights or privileges.
MADE IN THE USA
Since our inception in 1983, we have kept 100% of our manufacturing operation in Sweet Home, Oregon as we have expanded our sales globally. Our commitment to continuing titanium production and manufacturing in America is our top priority. We’re proud to be a USA manufacturer.
1995 The company was incorporated as Investicast, Ltd. (ITC) under the laws of the State of Oregon and owned by Jim Dippel and four other principles.
1997 Within two years, ITC established itself as the high-quality, low-cost leading producer of titanium golf heads in the United States.
1998 Asia becomes a significant supplier of titanium castings for the golf industry. Reactive Alloy Mfg. (RAM) is incorporated as a separate entity to focus on commercial titanium applications other than golf, capitalizing on the need for diversification.
2000 Titanium golf production moves exclusively to Asia. RAM's timely innovation develops an array of diversified applications for commercial titanium castings and spurs growth and stability while filling a need for superior metal products in a highly competitive marketplace.
2001 Investicast Ltd. and RAM emerge as Ti Squared Technologies, Inc. and the company is incorporated under the laws of the State of Illinois with its manufacturing and production facility remaining in Oregon.
2003 Ti Squared Technologies increases in size and production capacity with the addition of state-of-the-art technologically advanced machinery and equipment to meet growing market demand for commercial titanium castings.
2008 Future-oriented Ti Squared Technologies enhances its casting capabilities with the completion of its newly automated finishing line to support long term agreements with several industrial manufacturing companies as well as its own long term growth projections.
2009 Received ISO certification to 9001:2008 standard.
2010 Ti Squared Technologies begins production of certified aerospace quality castings.
